The last – albeit very important – seminar in a series devoted to discussions on the financing of environmentally sustainable investments. This meeting is devoted to obtaining resources for new ventures, as well as the modernisation of existing buildings (or other constructions) in order to minimize the negative impact on the environment.
How does spending money on high-end technologies – such as energy-saving solutions – translate into the cost of maintaining the building? How attractive are sustainable buildings to potential institutional buyers (mutual funds), private (housing), and tenants? How can these groups be characterised at present, and what is in store for the future? Are sustainable projects cost-effective and can they be a source of profit? How are these solutions taking shape in Poland, compared to other developed markets?
